Welcome to Chairman Saheb, a society management platform developed and maintained by AI Alpha Tech. By accessing or using our mobile applications and web portal (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and only for lawful society-related activities. You must not:

  • Engage in fraudulent or unauthorized access.
  • Attempt to disrupt the functionality of the Platform.
  • Upload harmful content, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Use the Platform in ways that violate local or national laws.

User Accounts

To access certain services, you must create a personal account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during registration.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of your PIN and login details.
  • All activities performed under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms.

Payments & Billing

The Platform enables digital payments for society maintenance and other charges. By making a payment, you agree that:

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
  • You are responsible for ensuring correct payment details.
  • The society committee manages final payment allocations, adjustments, and approvals.

AI Alpha Tech is not responsible for disputes between residents and the society committee regarding amounts or records.

Content & Data Ownership

All data uploaded by residents, committee members, or administrators remains the property of the respective society. However:

  • The Platform may store and process this data to provide services.
  • AI Alpha Tech owns the application design, codebase, features, and intellectual property.
  • Users are prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, or reselling any part of the Platform.

Third-Party Services

Chairman Saheb integrates third-party services such as payment gateways, Firebase, and analytics tools. You agree that:

  • Each third-party service has its own terms and privacy policies.
  • AI Alpha Tech is not responsible for issues arising from third-party service disruptions.

Limitations of Liability

AI Alpha Tech shall not be liable for:

  • Losses due to system downtime, technical errors, or maintenance.
  • Incorrect data entered by societies or users.
  • Unauthorized access due to user negligence.
  • Financial disputes between residents and society management.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse communication features to harass, spam, or intimidate others.
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Interfere with platform operations through automated scripts or bots.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we detect:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of Terms
  • Security threats

In such cases, we may contact you for verification before restoring access.

Changes to These Terms

AI Alpha Tech may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
